Peoria home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Peoria fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 1,809 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 2,216 homes sold in Peoria in 2018.
