Mapleton home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Mapleton fell by $30,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 20.6% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mapleton in 2018, as well.
