Armington home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Armington fell by $41,050 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,450 - a 36.5% decrease over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Armington in the second half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Armington for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,154, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
