Kingston Mines home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Kingston Mines rose by $72,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,750 - a 269.4% increase over the $27,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Kingston Mines in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kingston Mines for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,378, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
