Hanna City home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hanna City fell by $16,650 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 12.9% decrease over the $128,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hanna City in the second half of 2018.
