Germantown Hills home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Germantown Hills fell by $21,900 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $203,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Germantown Hills in the first half of 2018.
