Hanna City home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Hanna City fell by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 13% decrease over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hanna City in the fourth quarter of 2018.
