Washburn home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Washburn fell by $39,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,000 - a 52% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Washburn in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
