Eureka home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Eureka rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,500 - a 3.4% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Eureka in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Eureka for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,251, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
