El Paso home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in El Paso fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $136,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in El Paso in June 2018.
