Eureka home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Eureka rose by $45,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 38.4% increase over the $117,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Eureka in June 2018.
