Farmington home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Farmington fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 30.6% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Farmington in September 2018.
