Farmington home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Farmington fell by $10,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,500 - a 13.1% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Farmington in May 2018, as well.
