Washington home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Washington rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 27.5% increase over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Washington in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Washington for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,667, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
