El Paso home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in El Paso rose by $34,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,750 - a 40.4% increase over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in El Paso in September 2018.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,607, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
