Rome home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Rome rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 25% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Rome in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Rome for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
