Brimfield home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Brimfield rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $123,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brimfield in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Brimfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,421, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
