El Paso home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in El Paso fell by $3,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 3.9% decrease over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in El Paso in December 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,607, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
