Attendees: Board President Leopold, Trustees Lanter, Wells, & McGuire, B&Z Director Dallas Alley, Village Administrator Ben Schloesser, Deputy Clerk Bonnie Carmack.
Motions: Trustees are presented with the individual that made the motion, followed by the person seconding the motions. Votes: Unless noted otherwise, votes are obtained by voice vote (roll call vote involves each voter stating their name and vote) and all votes are aye. 1)Res No. 1-2357 - A Resolution Authorizing The President Of The Board Of Trustees To Sign IDOT Highway Permit 8-33123, A Permit To Reconstruct The Entrance, ADA Ramp, Sidewalk, And Curb And Guttering At 10 North Belt West, And Assuming Maintenance Responsibility To Said Improvements.
