Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Attendees: Board President Leopold, Trustees Lanter, Wells, & McGuire, B&Z Director Dallas Alley, Village Administrator Ben Schloesser, Deputy Clerk Bonnie Carmack.

Motions: Trustees are presented with the individual that made the motion, followed by the person seconding the motions. Votes: Unless noted otherwise, votes are obtained by voice vote (roll call vote involves each voter stating their name and vote) and all votes are aye. Content of meeting is presented with the marks “***”.

Board of Trustees:

1)Res No. 1-2357 - A Resolution Authorizing The President Of The Board Of Trustees To Sign IDOT Highway Permit 8-33123, A Permit To Reconstruct The Entrance, ADA Ramp, Sidewalk, And Curb And Guttering At 10 North Belt West, And Assuming Maintenance Responsibility To Said Improvements. Motion to read by title – Wells, Lanter. Motion to accept (roll call vote) – Wells, Lanter.

2)Res No. 1-2358 - A Resolution Authorizing The President Of The Board Of Trustees To Sign IDOT Highway Permit 8-33124, A Permit To Reconstruct The Entrance, ADA Ramp, Sidewalk, And Curb And Guttering At 1708 North Illinois Street, And Assuming Maintenance Responsibility To Said Improvements.
