President Worlow call meeting to order at 6:30 pm, roll call: Allen present; Blackstock present; Canada present; Nolan present; Williams absent; Tillquist present; 5 present, 1 absent. Also present: President Worlow; Clerk Custodio; Water Superintendent Albers; Treasurer Shelley.
Motion by Trustee Nolan, 2nd Trustee Allen to approve the following priority list, roll call: Allen yea; Blackstock yea; Canada yea; Nolan yea; Tillquist yea; Williams absent; motion carried 5 yea, 1 absent.
Water Project Contingency Fund prioritized list
1. Water Tower Windage Rods $11,000.00
2. Water Tower Inspection $1,250.00
3. Repair Water Tower Vent $5,685.00
4. Additional Engineering Costs $5,000.00
5. Water Treatment Plant Colorimeter (equipment) $1,502.00
6. Water Treatment Plant Chemical Feed Pumps (equipment) $5,583.00
7. Water Treatment Plant Dry Tank Mixer (equipment) $870.00
8. Trash Pump $5,000.00
9. Installation of 29 Meter Pits by contractor $65,000.00
10. Purchase and installation of Radio Read Meters $90,000.00; Water Billing Software to Support Radio Read Meters $3,145.00

Treasurer Shelley asked that Trustees keep an eye on water and sewer fund, as might need to consider raising water service base rate; also, police fund is low.
Trustee Allen made motion to adjourn meeting at 7:45pm, 2nd Trustee Tillquist.
