16 Woodford County residents in their twenties test positive for COVID-19

As of July 20, there have been 16 Woodford County residents in their twenties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 444 residents in their twenties in the county who had been tested, meaning that three percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through July 20, there have been 65 confirmed COVID-19 cases and three deaths from the coronavirus in Woodford County.

Illinois gathers all of its COVID-19 data from across the state electronically. The reported cases and deaths will fluctuate as additional info is gathered. Chicago was home to one of the first known cases of COVID-19 in the US, as well as it's transmission.
