2 Fulton County residents in their thirties test positive for COVID-19 on Aug. 18

Two Fulton County residents in their thirties tested positive for COVID-19 on August 18, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 10 positive cases reported in Fulton County among residents in their thirties, accounting for 20.8 percent of all cases in the county. Through August 18, Fulton County has reported a total of 48 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, of which have ended with the victim's death.

Illinois gathers all of their COVID-19 data from across the state electronically. The reported cases and deaths will fluctuate as additional info is gathered. Chicago was home to one of the first known cases of COVID-19 in the US, as well as it's transmission.
