Canton home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Canton fell by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,000 - a 55.1% decrease over the $53,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Canton in February 2019.
