Forman Fire Protection District responded to 46 calls in 2018 - 25.8 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Forman included 36 fires - 14 structure fires, five vehicle fires and 17 other fires.

In all, the department saw $159,100 in fire loss - or about $4,419 per fire.

The department also received 10 false calls.

The Forman Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $503,031 in 2018.
