852 Peoria County residents in their twenties test positive for COVID-19

As of September 26, there have been 852 Peoria County residents in their twenties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 14,642 residents in their twenties in the county who had been tested, meaning that five percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through September 26, there have been 3,459 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 49 deaths from the coronavirus in Peoria County.
