Peoria County Board met Oct. 29.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

I. CITIZENS REMARKS

• Due to room capacity limitations, the public is invited and encouraged to watch the proceedings online or through public access. The meeting will be livestreamed on the city of Peoria’s YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/user/cityofpeoriatv) and broadcast through local Channel 22. In addition, Peoria County will endeavor to share this stream on its Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/peoriacountygov).

• Members of the public wishing to submit comments are encouraged to do so in advance of the meeting by submitting their written statement to the Peoria County Clerk by email, fax, mail, or in-person drop-off by 12:00 p.m. on October 29.

• Persons preferring to attend the meeting and make public comment in person may do so. Please note, however, there is limited seating capacity, and a secondary room will be utilized for overflow. Masks or cloth face coverings are required for all in attendance.

• Media may physically attend the meeting, however, due to capacity restrictions only one person from a media outlet will be allowed inside the gym.

II. RESOLUTION

• A resolution from your Executive Committee recommending approval of a Peoria City-County Commission on Racial Justice and Equity Charter. (pending committee approval)
