Woodford County Offices Committee met Nov. 17.

3. Approval of Minutes
a. Approval of October 13th regular meeting minutes.

5. Appointments
a. Reappointment of Emily Barker to the Woodford County Board of Health for a 3 year term expiring November 30, 2023
b. Appointment of Ana Laible to the Woodford County Board of Health for a 3 year term
expiring November 30, 2023
Motion to approve the appointment of Emily Barker and Ana Laible to the Woodford County Board of Health made by Nagel, seconded by Spence. Emily Barker has served on the Health Board as a member of the Woodford County Board. This appointment of Emily Barker to the Woodford County Health Board is not as a Woodford County Board member, but as a private citizen. Therefore, the Chairman will need to appoint a board member to the Health Board to fill her spot. Motion passed.
6. Approval of Claims
a. Approval of December claims
Motion to approve December claims made by Spence, seconded by Barker. Motion passed.
b. County Board Per Diem – Roll Call Vote Two per diem claims were submitted – one for Barry Logan for $1,875 covering meetings from May-October 2020, and one for John Krug for $8,200 covering meetings from November 2019 through October 2020.
Motion to approve per diems made by Spence, seconded by Nagel. Roll call vote - Jason Spence-yes; Emily Barker-yes; Chuck Nagel-yes. Motion passed.

a. Approval of Resolution 2019/20-093 Honoring Bryant Kempf
Motion to approve resolution 2019/20-093 honoring Bryant Kempf made by Nagel, seconded by Spence. Motion passed.
b. Approval of Resolution 2019/20-094 Honoring Emily Barker
Motion to approve resolution 2019/20-094 honoring Emily Barker made by Nagel, seconded by Spence. Motion passed.
c. Approval of Resolution 2019/20-095 Honoring Russ Cotton
Motion to approve resolution 2019/20-095 honoring Russ Cotton made by Nagel, seconded by Spence. Motion passed.
d. Approval of Election and Software Agreement
Motion to approve election and software agreement made by Spence, seconded by Nagel. This is locking in a price for the next three years on election supplies - ballot layout, printing of ballots, etc. Motion passed.
e. Approval of Online Land Record Searches
Motion to approve the online land record searches made by Spence, seconded by Nagel. This will allow for the land records to be made available online. The $5,930 cost will be paid out of Clerk's automation fund. Anyone who wants to access a land record will pay a fee and have that information available instead of them having to come into the courthouse and search. Other counties have this available already and is a good move with the Covid virus. Motion passed.
