Fairview median home prices rose by 53.3% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Fairview rose by $36,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,500 - a 53.3% increase over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairview in December 2019, as well.
