Delavan home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Delavan rose by $85,938 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,938 - a 108.8% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Delavan in the first quarter of 2020.
