Canton median home prices rose by 10.8% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Canton rose by $3,900 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,900 - a 10.8% increase over the $36,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Canton in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,698, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
