Michael Cullinan donates $1,000 to Win Stoller's election campaign

Michael Cullinan donated $1,000 to Republican Win Stoller's election campaign committee, Friends of Win Stoller, on April 30, according to records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
