Creve Coeur median home prices rose by 0.9% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Creve Coeur rose by $550 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $59,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Creve Coeur in April 2020.
