The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Pekin in Tazewell County rose by $10,800 while total sales increased by 121.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,700 - a 13.2% increase over the $81,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Pekin in April 2020.
