Median home prices in Washington rose to $152,500 in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Washington rose by $2,600 while total sales increased by 95.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Washington in April 2020.
