Mackinaw home prices fell in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Mackinaw fell by $14,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 7.9% decrease over the $176,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mackinaw in April 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Mackinaw for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,143, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
