Here is the agenda as provided by the council:

1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.


2. Roll Call.

3. Approval of Minutes from April 19, 2021 Council Meeting and the Minutes from April 26, 2021 Special Council Meeting.

4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

7. Approval of semi-monthly bills.

8. Swearing in of City Clerk Marilyn Walter.  Mayor Zimmer

9. Seating of New Council member Linda Logan replacing Ward IV Alderman Tim Getz and Mayor Eric Lind replacing Mayor Scott Zimmer.

10. Consideration of Mayor’s appointments; Ken Baxter, Police Commissioner,  Jim Wilson, Ward III Alderman, Alex Collinge, Chief of Police, and Rusty Klaus, Director of Public Works.

11. Resolution 21-07, a resolution for Improvement Under Illinois Highway Code- MFT.

12. Committee Reports:

                    Budget Committee – Mr. Chambliss

                    Administration and Personnel Committee – Mr. Chambliss

                    Enterprise Committee – Mr. Teegarden

                    Maintenance Committee – Mr. Peterson

                    Public Safety – Ms. Klaus

                    Park & Recreation Committee – Mr. Germann

                    Economic Development & Tourism – Mr. Teegarden

                    Liquor Commission – Mayor Zimmer
