El Paso home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in El Paso rose by $56,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 60% increase over the $93,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in El Paso in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,616, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
