Falling home prices in Easton in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Easton fell by $95,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,500 - a 77.6% decrease over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Easton in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
