Havana median home prices fell by 4.8% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Havana fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $68,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Havana in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Havana for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
