Farmington home prices rose in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Farmington rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Farmington in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,058, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
