The home at 301 S. Broadway, Table Grove was sold on April 22 by Dana Katherine Speer (and others) for $65,000. The buyers were Seth and Kylie Crouse Kessler.

So far in April 2021, this is the only property that sold in Table Grove as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dana K. Speer (92) has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including 13 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
