On Sept. 1, Harley Ross Pemble purchased a home at 280 Carter, Fairview from The Living Trust of Beverly J Evans for $48,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fairview as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Beverly J. Evans (88) has been registered to vote since 1958 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
