Report: Robein School District spent $11,533 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Robein School District 85 was down 4.5 percent from five years ago, according to the Peoria Standard analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Tazewell County school district spent $12,082 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $11,533 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 152 to 170 students over the same period.

Robein's spending in 2019-20 was 20.4 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
