PREVIOUS BUSINESS: 

1) Ordinance 2022-018 – Authorizing a sewer rate increase of 5.5% effective March 2022 as  recommended by the recently completed Sewer Rate Study 

NEW BUSINESS: 

1) Ordinance 2022-020 - Approving a map amendment for the 9-acre Tollhouse Farms – Fisher  Homes development from, R-1CC to R-1CC PUD as recommended by the Planning  Commission

Abstract 

This ordinance authorizes a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 9.148 acres on Neil Armstrong Way, located at the southwest corner of Neil Armstrong Way and Franklin Road, from R-1CC  (Residential One-CC) to R-1CC PUD, amending the parcel’s zoning to accommodate a  regulatory plan for 22 attached single-family buildings thereby creating 44 lots. 

2) Ordinance 2022-021 – Approving the right-of-way vacation plat for a section of Grant Drive as  recommended by the Planning Commission to allow for the expansion of the FECON facility and Declaring an Emergency

Abstract 

This ordinance approves a right-of-way vacation plat for a section of Grant Drive to allow for the  expansion of FECON facility through the consolidation of two parcels that are separated by a  right-of-way. 

3) Ordinance 2022-022 – Approving the record plan for the final plat of Columbia Business Park as approved by the Planning Commission and Declaring an Emergency

Abstract 

This ordinance approves the record plan for the final plat of Columbia Business Park, Section  17 being a replat of Lot 7859-A and replat of Lot 7297 in accordance with the requirements of  Chapter 1117 of the Codified Ordinances. The plat creates the lot that will be transferred to  the City as part of the real estate transfer ordinance previously approved by City Council. 

4) Ordinance 2022-023 – Approving the record plan for the final plat of Bainum’s Run Subdivision  as recommended by the Planning Commission and Declaring an Emergency

Abstract 

This ordinance approves the final plat off Cincinnati Avenue to create a new lot, splitting the  parcel into two properties to allow the portion of the property containing the Shaker Inn to be  transferred to Family Promise of Warren County while retaining the remainder of the site for self storage. 

5) Resolution 2022-024 – Adopting the Lebanon Safe Routes to School plan 

Sponsor: All Members of Council 

Abstract 

This resolution approves a plan that outlines the City of Lebanon, Lebanon City Schools and St.  Francis DeSales School joining together to improve safety and encourage more students to walk  and bicycle to school. One of the plan recommendations is to construct a separate paved bike  path along N. Broadway to replace the existing on-road bike lane. 

6) Ordinance 2022-025 – Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement with  Timothy Presley in the amount of $212,000 for the purchase of the property located at 541 N.  Broadway and Declaring an Emergency

Abstract 

This ordinance authorizes the purchase of the property located at 541 N. Broadway Avenue from  Timothy Presley in the amount of $212,000 to further support the City’s N. Broadway  redevelopment efforts. 

7) Ordinance 2022-026 – Approving a supplemental appropriation in the Development Fund in the  amount of $215,000 to support the purchase of property located at 541 N. Broadway Avenue and Declaring an Emergency

Abstract 

This ordinance approves a supplemental appropriation in the Development Fund 429 in the  amount of $215,000 to support the purchase of property located at 541 N. Broadway Avenue.
