CALL TO ORDER: The meeting of the Minonk City Council Public Works Committee was held at City Hall and called to order by Chairman Trent Ruestman at 5:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Those in attendance: Alderwoman Julie McNamara, Alderman T. Ruestman Absent: Alderman T. Nix.
Also in Attendance, City Administrator Bill Moline Public Works Supervisor Jake Anderson
REGULAR AGENDA: Executive Session to discuss Employees of the Public Body. Alderwoman McNamara motioned to go into Executive Session at 5:35 p.m.
ACTION FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION: Alderwoman McNamara made the motion to hire both Gary McLean and Andrew Kozak to the open Public Works positions, seconded by Alderman Ruestman.
YEAS: T. Ruestman, J. McNamara
NAYS: None
MOTION CARRIED
ADJOURNMENT: Alderwoman McNamara moved that having completed the business of the Minonk Public Works Committee motioned to adjourn at 5:53 P.M., seconded Alderman T. Ruestman
