September 2021: Home prices in Farmington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Farmington rose by $15,800 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,800 - a 19.8% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Farmington in September 2020.
