The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Brimfield increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Brimfield rose by $27,750 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,750 - a 39.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Brimfield in the first quarter of 2021, as well.
