April: El Paso experienced a 9.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in El Paso rose by $10,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 9.8 percent increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in El Paso in April 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,616, approximately 2.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
