The Central Illinois Chapter of NAWBO and Women in Leadership of Central Illinois have combined to bring the widely recognized annual Pathways to Success Women’s Leadership Conference to Peoria and its surrounding communities. We share the common goal of educating and empowering women in business and in leadership positions. T
he 2022 Pathways to Success women's leadership conference features globally recognized facilitator and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion thought leader, Jen White, as our Keynote Speaker. Jen’s leadership journey, which started with the goal of becoming either a stand-up comedian or a modern-day human rights suffragist (or both) taught her the importance of defining core values, communicating them freely and relying on them to guide her path. Join us as she shares her story and warmly invites each of us to consider our own.
Today Jen White leads Sales & Leadership Consulting for Global Dealer Learning at Caterpillar. She has served as human performance consultant for more than 25 years – coaching many of the brightest leaders in Central Illinois. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, has an SPHR certification…and still secretly believes she will do comedy in her second career. Jen specializes in “info-tainment” – when she speaks, people listen, laugh and learn!
This all-day conference includes breakout sessions that are designed to cultivate ideas, discuss obstacles and find solutions to your leadership challenges.
