Q3 2021 Recap: 1 parolee from Fulton County convicted of financial crimes or fraud set for release

There was one offender convicted of a financial crime or fraud living in Fulton County released on parole during the third quarter of 2021, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Peoria Standard.

The data shows the released offender was a woman. She was convicted in 2017 when she was 45 years old. She is now 50.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
